Please fill out all of the information below and press "Submit" to be sent to the Business Office at 麻豆TV. The PaperCut station in question will be checked to verify the claim. Action taken by the business office will be reported to the individual reporting the claim.

Please note: This form should only be used when a student is attempting to load funds at a PaperCut station and those funds are not credited to the student鈥檚 account. For general printing problems, please see a member of the library staff.
